Additional Services That We Offer

There are a number of other services we offer in addition to a professional home inspection. Our customers can choose to have these services arranged at the same time as a home inspection, or they may choose to have a single service provided without the home inspection component. The services we offer include:

• Wood destroying insect inspection, also called a termite inspection.
• Mold testing.
• Radon testing and measurement.

A home inspection usually takes about two to four hours, and the results offered are extremely detailed. The report will include pictures of any concerns the home inspector has found. We encourage our customers to be an active participant during the entire home inspection process and questions are welcome.

It was presented by the Society's outgoing president, Marvin Goldstein, during the Gala Awards Ceremony held in conjunction with InspectionWorld 2013.
